Lakhimpur Markaz Academy Super-40 was established on 10th October 2012 with a noble aim: to provide modern and quality education within the reach of every child, and to prepare students not only for examinations but also for life.
The school is located at Karunabari, near the Veterinary Hospital, in the heart of Lakhimpur district, Assam. From a small beginning, it has grown into a respected centre of learning, combining the values of tradition with the spirit of modern education.
When it first started, the Academy offered only Nursery, KG, Class I and Class II. With hard work, dedication, and strong support from the community, the institution gradually expanded. By 2014, the Academy opened Class XII (Arts), by 2017 it introduced Class XII (Science), and in 2022, it added Class XI (Commerce). Today, Lakhimpur Markaz Academy proudly provides a complete educational journey from early childhood to higher secondary level.
The school follows the SEBA and AHSEC curriculum, with an emphasis on holistic development. Along with academics, equal importance is given to discipline, values, respect, and responsibility. The goal is to produce students who are confident, capable, and compassionate, ready to serve society in a positive way.
The Academy works under the MARUF NGO (Regd. No. RS/NLP/257/E/17), an organisation dedicated to spreading education in areas where quality learning opportunities are often limited. The vision of MARUF guides the Academy, keeping it closely linked with community service and social responsibility.
